First stop , we went to a chicken rice shop near hatyai town. i love hatyai chicken rice so much. The rice is different from malaysia and it’s smell good. whoooyeah! ho chiak!

Talk about food, as we know, Thai food is sour and spicy. I love Thai tomyam, love their Thai salad . Slurppssss~ I think it's better to let the pictures tell the story =D

Pineapples!! As a pineapple lover, these fruit were hard to resist as they are VERY VERY SWEET.
The grilled cuttlefish is also a popular snack in Hatyai and you have find stalls all over the city... The cuttlefish is grilled over charcoal fire and then soften by hammering it... P/s : deliciously addictive =)
The smaller road side stalls selling birds nest served with assorted red beans, jelly and sweet potato .

The beer in Hat Yai is especially reasonable so enjoy a beer while you are there.
My favorite Beer , cheap cheap cheap ... Singha Beer' is something we do not miss on hatyai
At night we went to this particular restaurant called Bon Khao Restaurant
The quality of the food is excellent at Bon Khao . It is located on the road that runs from Hat Yai Municipal Park up to Bodhisattva Kuan Im. The setting is very tranquil as the restaurant is completely on its own surrounded by trees. Perched up on the hill it offers an excellent view over Hat Yai.

Fuji Japanese restaurant . Its something like Sushi King but more varieties and much much cheaper!! (photos below)

Water View Restaurant @ Danok, Thailand
The place in a traditional concept, kampung style decoration, by using dry coconut leaves to build as the roof .
One thing unique about this place is they transport the food by using a boat as the kitchen is not attach with the meal area, which is located at another side of it.

This trip did not buy a lot of things . Because not much things can grab in Hatyai except Food . So better wait on my upcoming bangkok trip . Yeah , september i'll going bangkok again with my boifwen . I want shopping until i drop . I know I sound like shopaholic, haha...But how to resist !!

-Accessories also quite cheap , 6 pair of earrings cost me THB100 (RM10) .
-Hello kitty pillow bought in central shopping mall .
-Don't 4get to grab some inner wear . Price is cheaper than M'sia o(-__-)o
-Some snack , nuts , Thai herbs , & dried scallop also bought from Hatyai market .
